CONTEST RULES
- Contest runs July 1 - August 23, 2026.
- Nominations must be submitted within the contest dates to be eligible.
- One prize will be awarded based on story submitted.
- Prize is not transferable.
- No purchase is necessary to participate – purchase does not increase likelihood of winning.
- Prize will be up to $18,000 in value.
- Winner may use the $18K towards the purchase of a more expensive roofing project if they choose.
- Winner will be responsible for all federal, state, and other taxes.
- Entrant nominees must be 18 years of age and own the home being nominated.
- The address listed on each entry form must be the address where the prize is installed.
- Must have a free written estimate from Enterprise Roofing to be eligible to win (a sales person will contact the nominee upon submission).
- Must be able to do an in-person inspection (part of the estimate process).
- No more than one entry per household.
- Each entry must have unique phone number and address submitted on form.
- Employees of Enterprise Roofing and its advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
- Enterprise Roofing is not responsible for illegible, late, or incorrect entries.
- Must be legal residents of the United States.
- Home must be in a suitable condition as determined by Enterprise Roofing professionals.
- Must reside in one of the following Ohio counties (Montgomery, Miami, Shelby, Darke, Champaign, Clarke, Greene, Preble, Butler or Warren).
- Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as determined by Enterprise Roofing or its designees) must be performed at owner’s expense prior to installation.
- Winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return them within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence as well as have met all the eligibility requirements set forth within these Rules; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
- Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided
- Winner must agree to have their personal image and the image of their home be used in all forms of advertising and promotion.
- Prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
- Enterprise Roofing has the discretion to award the prize as they see fit.
